Booking to Ayuterra Resort means that you have agreed with our payment and cancellation policy.
Ayuterra Resort's room service and receptionist is operational from 7 AM to 11 PM.

 

Payment Policy

  • Valid credit card details are required to make a successful reservation.
  • All transaction by credit card would be processed into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on the valid exchange rate.
  • The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price in the 31 days before arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur: If the cancellation occurs within 31 days prior to arrival, charge full nights
